KETA GLENN
Marqueketa Glenn (Keta) was born and raised on the West Side of Chicago in the Austin community. Keta received her BA in Fine Art Photography at Columbia College Chicago and her MA in Education (Youth Development) at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Keta utilizes collage, mixed media, and compositing in her photographic practice. Her art focuses on conceptual photography that studies identity and origin; focusing on how the external things in life influence the creation of our internal beings and how those ideas define who we are as people and how we conceive and interact with the world.
